In the context of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Rule is a feature made available since version 2013 that allows power users to easily design, apply and maintain form logic and validation rules without the need to write code. How to configure (rollback) a CRM Online production instance to a previous version

There are times when I (or customers) require a specific version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance, and when configuring a new online instance, whether in an existing tenant or setting-up a new trial environment, what provisioned is always the latest version (2016 Update 1 at the time of writing).
